Before calling us please:
- Make a note of the title and item numbers of the products you wish to purchase.
- Take a look at our Terms and Conditions for details of our trading policies for returns etc.
- Have your payment card ready to give details - cards taken for payment are listed below.
- Please note, for security purposes, where goods ordered exceed £40.00 these will only be dispatched to the card holders address.
- You may wish to decide whether you would prefer your goods sent by standard post (Royal Mail First Class, 1-3 day delivery), economy post (Royal Mail Second Class, 3-5 day delivery), FedEx Next Working Day Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery service. For an indication of delivery costs please refer to Delivery page, but be assured that the actual cost will be confirmed and agreed with you before your order is finalised.
