Birds and Notes Birthday Card

This card features three birds, one purple and green, one orange and light brown and one brown and grey, stacked on top of each other. Their wings are silver colour foiled. The birds are set on a pale cream background with white music staves. The top and bottom staves have silver coloured foiled notes and some black notes also feature in the design. At the bottom of the card are the words ' Happy Birthday to You'. Blank inside for your own message. Supplied with envelope.
