Delivery Charges

It is not our intention to profit from any delivery charge.

Your delivery charge is calculated from two elements:

• Cost of posting your order (dependent on the weight and size)
• A small fixed packing charge covering the cost of packing materials and handling

However, where the cost of goods ordered is between £30.00 and £49.99 and to a single delivery address in the UK, the standard postage cost passed to the buyer will be £2.50. For orders where the cost of goods exceeds £50.00, standard postage to a single UK destination is free.

Jewellery items of a sale value of £25.00 to £39.99 will be dispatched to you by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Jewellery orders of a value of over £40.00 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx. These services will be provided at no extra cost to you.

There is no postage charge for standard UK postage on orders of £6.00 and over that contain only sheet music. There will be a £0.50 packing charge for sheet music only orders below £6.00.

The delivery charge will be presented to you at the first checkout stage so you will be able to see exactly what delivery will cost before completing an order.

The table below shows the full delivery charge we apply for various package weights. We have also provided some examples of the type of items which may form a package of that weight:

Delivery Services

We use Royal Mail or FedEx for our standard delivery services. Delivery options will be presented to you at the Checkout stage of your order. Orders sent by Royal Mail First Class Post to UK destinations (our Standard Postage option) will normally arrive within 1-3 days from dispatch and orders sent by Royal Mail Second Class Post to UK destinations (our Economy Postage option) will normally arrive within 3-5 days from dispatch although these timescales cannot be guaranteed. Orders sent by FedEx are a 'next working day' delivery service. Large or bulky orders may be sent using Royal Mail Standard Parcels which have a 3-5 day delivery timescale.

In many cases you will be provided with the option to choose Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx Delivery Services when you go to Checkout. These options provide a 'next working day' delivery service from the time of dispatch. Please note if your order is received by us before 12.00 noon Monday to Friday and either of these services is requested we will aim to dispatch your order by close of business the same day, however, orders dispatched on Friday will generally be delivered on the following Monday. Orders received after 12.00 noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours (all weekend orders 48 hour dispatch time).

Delivery Addresses

Please note - we do not ship to countries outside of the EU.

If you choose to pay online by Credit/Debit card, your name and address details will be taken by our payment service provider (either PayPal or RBSWorldpay) and supplied to us with your order payment. If you choose to pay using your PayPal Account, address details will be provided to us when we are notified of your payment. Please note that we do not generally dispatch online orders to addresses other that the cardholder address. If you have alternative delivery requirements please contact our telephone ordering service line to discuss your order.

Invoicing

The following will be enclosed with your order:

1. Invoice addressed to the buyer*
2. A copy of our Terms and Conditions
3. Delivery note (addressed to the buyer or recipient if different from buyer)
4. Refund and cancellation form

Once your item has been dispatched we will send you an email to confirm your order is on its way.
