1. Browse Our Site
Take a look through our pages for items you would like to purchase by using the menu on the top or left of the page.
2. Select Your Purchase
When you have found an item you would like to purchase, simply enter the quantity required, make any colour or size choices (if options are offered on the screen) and click the Add to Basket button. Your selection will be added to your basket and Your Shopping Basket summary will be displayed.
3. Your Basket
If you wish to purchase more items, return to our stock pages and make selections as before. When you are browsing, a basket summary box (Your Basket) is displayed on the top right of each page to provide you with a quick reference of the items you have selected.
Clicking View in Your Basket will display Your Shopping Basket summary.
When viewing your summary you can remove any item by simply clicking the Remove button. You can return to browsing the site at any time by using the menu on the left, and you can continue to add items to your basket as you wish.
4. Checking Out
When you have finished shopping click the Checkout button either on Your Shopping Basket summary page or on the summary box at the top. This will take you to the Checkout page where you will see a final list of the items in your basket and you can select your postage options. At this stage you will also need to click to confirm you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions before you are able to proceed with your order. Once you have completed this select Continue and then refer to Payment.
If paying by credit or debit card, simply click on the BuyNow or PayPal button and follow instructions to make payment via the WorldPay or PayPal secure payment systems.
If you wish to pay by cheque, clicking the Cheque button will present you with a form for you to complete, print out and post to us together with your cheque payment. If paying by cheque please note we will allow five working days from the receipt of your cheque before dispatching goods to ensure the cheque is cleared.
5. Order Acknowledgement
Once you have undertaken the steps above you will see your Order Acknowledgement displayed, giving you a unique order number.
6. What Happens Next?
Shortly after we receive your paid order we will email you to confirm receipt detailing the goods ordered. All items available will be dispatched to the delivery address requested, together with the relevant paperwork. For further details on the paperwork we send please refer to our Delivery page. Once your order has been posted we will again email you to confirm it has been dispatched.
